that was created by President Ford. The question now is why and what
harm has it done and what harm is it still doing to our country and the

Ford
created the board following the 1975-76 investigations by Congress into
abuses of foreign espionage, illegal domestic spying, assassination operations
and I believe.. even bank fraud, and money laundering.
